The kiddos have gone back to school, which means summer is slipping away. Soon, beach days will be behind us, but that doesn’t mean you have to say goodbye to your bangin’ beach bod.
For many, fitness is a cycle. It starts at the beginning of the year with New Year’s resolutions. Most fall off by February, but come the springtime there’s renewed focus on fitness as folks want to be swimsuit ready by summer. Once beach season ends, people begin to pack on the pounds as fall festivals and the holiday season provide plenty of opportunities to over-indulge.
Don’t get caught up in this unhealthy seasonal cycle. Commit to fitness year-round. A great way to keep in shape is to make your workouts fast and fun. In as little as just five minutes a day, you can get a full workout focused on cardio and core strength that can make all the difference.
As you grow stronger, you can increase your workout length and intensity. But five minutes daily is an easy commitment, especially if you’re just starting out. Here are a couple quick five-minute workouts that you can do to get your blood pumping everyday!
